I am a senior at Stonehill College and majoring in criminology and gender studies, with a minor in global oppression. In addition to facilitating an IDEAS course, I am also on the executive board for Stonehill's Lux et Spes Admissions Society, I was an editor for PRINTS magazine, and I participated in the DC Intern Away Program and the LION program.

I chose to teach this class on domestic violence during Covid-19 because I knew it was not a well known or commonly discussed issue that affected people in all parts of the world. My hopes through this class were to spread more knowledge and visibility about domestic violence and how survivors are even more-so affected by the consequences of the pandemic.
